Kelly will rarely be found at the front of the room while teaching her class. Instead she’ll be walking around reminding you to breathe and feel your practice. She encourages her students to find their own expressions of the flow within the group practice.
Kelly was certified as a 200 hour yoga teacher in December 2014 by Kim Manifredi in Baltimore, MD. She enrolled in teacher training to grow more in her own practice. Her fulltime job relocated her to Delray Beach, FL where she picked up a few classes on the side. Six months later when the company downsized, she became a full-time yoga teacher, realizing that was her calling all along.
Kelly’s specialty is all-levels vinyasa in both heated and non-heated spaces. Vinyasa requires finding a balance of strength and flexibility while linking the breath with movement. She loves breaking down arm balances and inversions to their building blocks so that even beginners can gain flight.

Barbara "BG" Gonzalez began her yoga journey over 20 years ago, and immediately embraced it's welcoming environment and non-violent approach to conditioning. In 2017, she completed her teacher training under Ann Kreucher of Move YFD. In addition to yoga, BG teaches dance, is a full-time fitness instructor and personal trainer.
With a strong emphasis on the individual, BG’s classes strive to help all practitioners make the connections that will foster a harmonic relationship between mind and body. You will be encouraged to tailor your practice to your own body’s needs in order to find the keys to unlock your potential. Whether it’s a vigorous or a restorative practice, expect to find yourself in a serene space where were we can experiment, flow, play, and accept ourselves as luminous beings, moving together as a community.
